Product Overview
The SoundPoint IP 501 is a 3-line desktop IP telephone that utilizes Polycom’s Acoustic Clarity Technology™ to deliver superb sound quality. Polycom will shortly be discontinuing production of the popular SoundPoint IP-500 Series phone, and the IIP-501 will be the replacement model. The new model has 4MB onboard Flash and will benefit from future firmware releases from Polycom.
