Terms of Money Back Guarantee - How it Works

You must cancel your service within 30 days of the activation of your account. You must not exceed 100 minutes of usage in the first 30 days of service. You are responsible for any overage, international or directory assistance call charges. If you exceed 100 minutes, you will not be refunded for the first month of service.

All returned equipment must be in the original packaging. All components, manuals and registration card(s) must be included. The Money Back Guarantee will not be issued if you fail to meet these requirements. Make Sure You Get a Return Authorization Number. You are responsible for return shipping. Please contact Customer service to cancel your service and obtain a return authorization number. You will be refunded the disconnect fee after we receive your equipment within 14 days of service cancellation.
